Q15. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery? If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and re-shipping charges may apply.
Q16. How long does order processing take? All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Q19. How long does it take to receive a refund? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days in PKR to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
