RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview At BX Gear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items without original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Customized or personalized items
Returnable Items The following situations qualify for a return or exchange:

How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Email us at support@bxgears.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Step 2 — Include the following details in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (especially if damaged or defective)
Step 3 — Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
Step 4 — If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions
Step 5 — Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved — your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued in PKR via your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchange Policy We offer free exchanges for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong item shipped by BX Gear
To request an exchange, email us at support@bxgears.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), BX Gear will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as BX Gear is not responsible for lost return shipments
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@bxgears.com with your order number
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- BX Gear reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- All return and refund decisions made by BX Gear are final
