Order Processing

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Failed Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders
