Exchange Eligibility You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

How to Request an Exchange To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Step 1 — Email us at support@bxgears.com within 7 days of receiving your order

Step 2 — Include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name and size
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photos of the item (front, back, and defect if applicable)

Step 3 — Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

Step 4 — If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions

Step 5 — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us

Step 6 — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement within 2-3 business days


Exchange Shipping

  • If the exchange is due to BX Gear’s error (wrong item, defective product, or manufacturing defect), BX Gear will cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement
  • If the exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back to us
  • BX Gear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Replacement Dispatch Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of the inspection result
  • If approved, your replacement item will be dispatched within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your replacement has been shipped
  • Estimated delivery time for replacement orders follows our standard Shipping Policy

Exchange vs Refund In certain situations where an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, BX Gear will offer:

  • A full refund in PKR to your original payment method
  • A store credit that can be used on your next purchase at bxgears.com
  • An alternative product of equal value as a replacement

Product Sizing To avoid size-related issues, we strongly recommend:

  • Carefully reading the size guide available on each product page before placing your order
  • Contacting us at support@bxgears.com if you are unsure about sizing before placing your order
  • Please note that exchanges due to incorrect size ordered by the customer are not covered under our exchange policy

Damaged Items on Arrival If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at support@bxgears.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage
  • Do not use the damaged item as this may affect your exchange eligibility
  • BX Gear will arrange an immediate replacement at no additional cost to you
